How can I get to the hotel from the airport?

The hotel is reachable by car, private transfer, taxi or public transport (train or bus). The team is happy to help arrange a private transfer or share public transport timetables.

Does the hotel offer a shuttle service?

A shuttle service is not available. On request, the reception can arrange a private transfer or taxi. Costs vary depending on availability and distance.

What is the nearest train station to the hotel?

Lecco station, in the city centre, is the closest. Local bus services and taxis are also available from there.

Is it possible to book an Uber?

Uber is not available in this area. Traditional taxi service is active and can be booked through the reception or independently.

How far is the hotel from the city centre?

The hotel is in the centre of Malgrate, a village directly on the lakefront. Lecco, the nearest city, is approximately 2 km away: 25 minutes on foot along a scenic route, or 5 minutes by car.

Is there public transport near the hotel?

Just steps from the hotel you will find bus stops for lines C40 (to Como), 10 (to Bellagio) and 4 (to Lecco).

Where can I buy bus tickets? And ferry tickets?

Bus tickets can be purchased at the station ticket office or directly on board. Ferry tickets are available online on the lake navigation website or at the port embarkation point.

What is the nearest port?

The port of Lecco, approximately 2.5 km from the hotel. Ferries connecting the main locations on the lake depart from there.

Does the hotel have parking?

Yes. The hotel has a private underground car park reserved for guests. The rate is 25.00 EUR per night in high season and 15.00 EUR in low season. Tesla and Porsche charging points are available on request at a supplement of 0.85 EUR per kWh.

How can I book a taxi from the hotel? Is there a charge?

The reception is available to arrange a taxi on request. Alternatively, you can book one independently by calling +39 0341 16 06 or through the IN-TAXI app. The fare is at the guest's expense.

Yes. The gym is free for guests and accessible from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. It is located on the second floor of Hotel Promessi Sposi, a few minutes away via a private scenic footpath with lake views.

Yes, the hotel offers a washing and drying service. Ironing is not included, but an iron and ironing board are available on request. A price list is available at reception.

Is it possible to rent bicycles?

Yes. The reception can arrange traditional bicycle and e-bike rentals on request through local partners, subject to availability.

Is there a wellness centre or spa?

Yes. The Hotel Promessi Sposi spa covers 200 square metres with direct views over the lake. It includes sauna, steam bath, emotional showers, whirlpool, herbal tea area and two massage cabins (20 EUR per person per hour). A Personal Spa for exclusive use with sauna and steam bath is also available, lasting 50 minutes at 48 EUR for two people. Booking is recommended for both options.

Is the spa accessible to non-resident guests?

Are meeting or conference rooms available?

Yes. The hotel has a 60-square-metre meeting room with large windows, capacity for up to 40 seats in theatre configuration, Wi-Fi connection and a 75-inch plasma TV. Audio and video equipment is available on request.

Does the hotel offer organised activities or excursions?

Yes. The reception can arrange private boat excursions through local partners on request, and provide recommendations for itineraries and activities in the area.

Can I walk to the lakefront from the hotel?

Yes. The lakefront is directly in front of the hotel, just a few steps from the entrance.
